Mirelys career started as a Craft artist working for the prestigious magazine "Ideas Para su Hogar". Now she has a background in architecture and Urban Design practicing it for over 10 years creating beautiful spaces and places for people. These allow her to bring a wide range of unique design skills to solve complex issues. Besides that, she also brings a unique quality of graphic knowledge allowing her to express her ideas visually in a clear and concise way. In the midst of the economic down fall, Mirelys creativity led her to acquire an Associates in Science Degree in Patisserie and Baking. Baking was a hobby that became part of her portfolio and professional experiences. This led her to start an entrepreneurial adventure creating a company Gateau Couture, Fine Cakes and Pastries. This presented unique challenges that were not easy to overcome; yet, she enjoys making unique pastries and couture cakes. Craft Artist, Architect/Urban Designer, Pastry Chef, and entrepreneur.
