Day of Sharing Melbourne

I just want to say what a wonderful time I had at my first Day of Sharing.  The demonstrations were so informational and helpful.  I am so glad I attended and plan to attend more.  I also attended Simi Cake & Confections sugar classes that were held on saturday.  These classes were excellant, since taking the classes I feel more confident working with sugar.  If you want to work with pulled or blown sugar I strongly suggest taking these classes.Barbara See More
